Service 1 - Weed Pulling and Debris Removal - Pulling weeds from plants and beds - Plant debris, leaf and trash collection Service 2 - Pruning and Plant Removal - Prune all overgrowth and dead - Dig unwanted plants out - Clean and remove all clippings from plants and ground Service 3 - Edge, Mow and Blow - All grass borders edged - Push mower used for healthier grass and less damage to property - All beds and hardscapes blown clean Service 4 - Herbicide per Gallon - $32/ G - Time and product Service 5 - Debris Management - Manage and remove debris - 1 dump load per year 12' x 6' x 3' - 1 load divided into 12 monthly payments of $8.50 per month Service 6 - Grass and Plant Fertilization - Once a month fertilization Service 7 - Irrigation Checks and Repairs - Diagnose irrigation problems - Repair or extend current irrigation systems
